Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC) is centered on state's rights regarding oil and natural gas legislation. A multi-state government agency, the IOGCC is the most accurate platform for up-to-date state regulations.
The agency promotes energy conservation, efficient production, health, safety and environmental protection through education.
Formed in 1935, IOGCC has been self-regulating the oil and natural gas industry successfully for nearly 75 years. Brothers is proud to work with the IOGCC and further their important mission.

Created by Brothers & Company as an offshoot of IOGCC’s main website, “Groundwork” serves as a highly distilled clearinghouse for information related to the oil and gas industry, including hot topics, emerging technologies, state’s rights and legal issues, and more.
