“The Broco Way” Comes to Life in Recent Office Updates
The idea of obsessing over the design of our offices is simply not a part of our DNA. After all, the work is the thing. Always has been. We’ve never wanted to be “That Agency.” To change things dramatically, there would have to be a purpose. Well, form and function have collided at last at Broco and they took down a few walls in the process. The result is a revitalization of our entire office space – a redesign that both reflects and enhances our culture, our core values and our essential business approach.
Throughout the building, we’ve installed inspiration walls. And we virtually cornered the market on magnets for use in posting new work on them as it develops. By increasing work visibility, our Creative and Account Teams are better able to contribute consistent feedback, collaborate, and produce great creative. We’ve also added open-meeting areas and a dedicated account planning space, creating a free flow of communication between departments for brainstorming and strategic thinking. Our OKC office is expanding as well, furthering our ability to grow and serve our account base in that market.
Growth is good. And we’re committed to doing it the right way. The Broco Way.
